Refund policy

This policy covers 2026–2027 sponsorships paid to ALPFA (“ALPFA UIUC,” “we,” “us”) on this website.

All payments are final

No refunds are available once a sponsor's invoice has been paid. This applies to every tier and to the full amount, including benefits that have not been delivered yet. Please confirm your tier with our team before paying.

Before you pay

Nothing is charged until you complete payment on Authorize.net's secure page. If you are unsure about your tier or amount, do not complete payment. Email treasureralpfauiuc@gmail.com first.

Billing errors

If you were charged by mistake, for example a duplicate charge or an amount different from the tier you selected, email treasureralpfauiuc@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge. We will correct the error. This is not a refund of a completed sponsorship.

Disputes

Please contact us before filing a dispute with your card issuer. Most billing questions can be resolved quickly by email.
